Do I even need an Engineer to repair my appliances?
Honestly? No - not for 90% of repairs. Anyone can lookup how to do a repair on YouTube, and I encourage my mechanically inclined customers to do the repair themselves. However, an Engineer is handy when it comes to diagnosing the exact problem with the appliance, so you buy the right part the first time. And if you do have me perform the repair, I come with a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
What is a Diagnostics Fee?
The Diagnostics Fee is $110 and includes the cost of coming to your home and troubleshooting the problem. After diagnosis, the repair cost will be quoted. If you decide not to repair, all you owe is the Diagnostic Fee.
What is Upfront and Transparant Pricing?
After the problem with your appliance is diagnosed, I will present you the cost of the repair upfront before starting. The repair cost is a flat fee regardless of how long it takes.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, my repairs are warrantied for 1 year from the date of service. This includes parts and labor.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, I offer a 10% discount on the Diagnostic Fee to Senior Citizens, Military, Police, Firefighters, and Teachers.
